Over thirty years ago, Linda Lillie's passion for plants
and creativity formed the foundation for what is today Sprigs &
Twigs Landscapes Inc. In the early days, Linda learned about
plants by experience, experimenting in gardens around her own
home. As her passion for plants grew, Linda enrolled in the
Connecticut College Botany Program, graduating from there in
1995. During her tenure at the Connecticut College, her
specialty in low maintenance, shoreline and naturalistic
landscapes took shape.
In the spring of 1997, Linda began Sprigs & Twigs Landscapes on
a part-time basis serving customers in Southeastern Connecticut.
Demand for her services quickly became so significant that she
began full time operations in 1999.
Also, in 1999, Linda was accepted into and graduated from the
University of Connecticut Master Gardener Program with a
demonstrated expertise in plant diseases, pest control, soils,
herbaceous and woody ornamentals and small fruit and tree fruit
culture.
Since 1999, Sprigs & Twigs Landscapes, LLC has grown rapidly as
Linda's reputation for high quality work has spread. Sprigs &
Twigs Landscapes, LLC offers a full range of landscape design,

LLC also provides tree preservation and maintenance services,

Twigs Landscapes, LLC primarily serves customers within 50 miles
of New London County, Connecticut, they have done landscape
installations in New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island and
Linda has performed design and consultation work for customers
from Massachusetts to Virginia.
In 2005, Linda's husband, Bill, retired from his defense
industry job in Washington, DC and joined her full time. Bill
has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings
business development, marketing, and software expertise to
Sprigs & Twigs Landscapes, LLC. His specialties include
